Programming

There will be up to 20 Fellows in the 2022-23 Fellowship.

The time commitment per month will vary depending on the time of year. Generally speaking, Fellows can anticipate dedicating approximately 10 hours per month to this program.

The 2022-23 Fellowship will be a 12-month program beginning in November of 2022. It will run through the summer and end in November of 2023.

In addition to monthly virtual meetings, Fellows will participate in up to three weekend retreats over the course of their Fellowship. The retreats will be a combination of virtual and in-person experiences. More details, including tentative timing, will be shared with Fellows early on in the Fellowship. Please note, QuestBridge will cover costs associated with in-person programming.

The Fellowship is a holistic program designed to support any Scholar, regardless of their particular major, professional interest, and/or career stage (level of certainty about their professional interest). While the summer professional experiences facilitated by QuestBridge are mainly offered in tech and finance companies, they span a number of different functional areas (communications, data, human resources, marketing, etc.) and will strengthen transferable skills beneficial in any field.

Congratulations! It is great to hear you have secured a summer experience already! You are still able to participate in and benefit from the QB Careers Fellowship. Please share your summer professional experience details with us in your application, if they are known at that time, and please keep us updated if you secure an experience independently during your time as a Fellow.

We understand that the summer can be a great time to take advantage of a number of opportunities including furthering your education, volunteering, travel, spending time with friends and family, etc. You are still able to participate in and benefit from the QB Careers Fellowship. Please share your summer plan details with us in your application, if they are known at that time, and as they are finalized during your time as a Fellow.

QuestBridge partners with a growing number of companies and organizations that may offer summer professional experiences to Fellows. These experiences have a variety of locations, including the potential for remote work. If you have particular interests or limitations, please share these specific details with us through your application.

Please share any limitations you may have so we can partner with you to identify opportunities that support your growth and the Fellowship program. Please share this information with us during the application process, if you know it at that time, and as it becomes evident to you during your time as a Fellow.

A Life & Career Coach is a seasoned professional who will be paired with a Fellow to help support them in their journey of self-discovery and career exploration. They will meet with their Fellow one-on-one approximately two times per month and will participate in some of our group programming.
