QuestBridge will share uploaded resumes with our partner companies and organizations. If your experiences aligns with an employer’s recruiting needs, the employer will contact you directly to share next steps. Please note that sharing your resume is not the same as submitting an application; it is a way of making initial connections with employers who may then guide you through their unique application process.

Absolutely! Gaining first-hand professional experience is an excellent way to explore career fields and hone your interests. In completing your QuestBridge Profile, please indicate all the career industry areas that may interest you. Employers will reach out if your skills and experiences might be a good fit for their current opportunities.
I uploaded a resume to my QuestBridge Profile, but now it is outdated. Can I share an updated version of my resume?
Yes. You can upload a new version of your resume to your QuestBridge Profile anytime. When sharing resumes with employers, QuestBridge will utilize the most recent resume you uploaded and consented to share.
Does QuestBridge offer other career-related programming?
Yes, QuestBridge is here to support Scholars and Alumni on their paths from college to career. Annual programs like QB Convene bring the QB community together to explore a wide range of timely topics, including career exploration and planning. Learn more on our Resources page.
